1. Fix the lazers - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Not so much complaining as trying to gather enough data for a more concise bug report. Occasional bugs are much more difficult to pin down than something that happens all the time. Or, if not get it fixed, figure out a workaround. Based on my obs...

2. Fix the lazers - in Science and Industry [original thread]
After much watching and deliberation, I have determined that, while the Orca is involved, the problem is not merely a synchronization issue. As far as I know I've never observed this problem when it was Hulk and hauler. I always take care to turn...

3. Reversing ME levels - in Science and Industry [original thread]
From what I have read, given a BPO with base 10% waste, the "quick" formula is the number of the largest resource divided by 5.5. For your example that would be around ME 87k. Most other resources will bottom out long before Tritanium.

5. Manufacturing Advice - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Originally by: Enthral I'm sure Ghoest was being sarcastic. I've seen it too many times, and some of them are quite serious, even rabidly so. And bear in mind that cost does not equal value. As far as pricing manufactured items, ...

8. question about containers - in Science and Industry [original thread]
When you drop the container in space, it will typically be 100m or so from your ship, if you are trying to tweak the placement really close, that 100m can be enough to put the container within 5k of something else, even though you are not.

11. Struggling with when to use decryptors - in Science and Industry [original thread]
You are confusing cost and value. Aside from market fluctuations, value does not change. Cost changes based on method of acquisition. If you buy minerals, at that time cost does equal value. If you mine for minerals, the value does not change,...
